The real problem

The work is done. The images are edited. They're sitting in a folder.

Every headshot photographer knows they should be posting consistently. The session went well. You've got four strong images ready. But writing a caption takes time. Choosing the lead image takes thought. And doing it for every client, every week, on top of running an actual business — it just doesn't happen.

  • You post in bursts when you have energy, then go quiet for weeks
  • You use the same caption structure so often it starts to sound hollow
  • Blog posts go unpromoted because adding one more task feels impossible
  • Your grid doesn't reflect the volume or quality of work you're actually doing

This isn't a discipline problem. It's a systems problem. And it has a solution that doesn't require hiring anyone.

The system

Drop the images in. Tell Claude to post. Walk away.

This is a five-platform automation system that runs on Claude. You put client images in a Google Drive folder. Claude handles everything else.

01
Reads your folder
Claude finds every client folder in your Queue and processes them in order.
02
Scores each image
Four headshot-specific factors: skin warmth, background simplicity, color, and exposure. Best image leads.
03
You approve
Claude shows proposed order for all clients at once. Type GO or adjust. Nothing posts until you confirm.
04
Writes a caption
Human-sounding, different every time. Not templated. Written fresh for each client.
05
Instagram carousel
All images in scored order. Your hashtags. Confirmed live before continuing.
06
Facebook carousel
Same images. Expanded caption. Booking call to action. Confirmed live.
07
Instagram Story
Lead image only. Automatic. Confirmed before moving to next client.
08
Archive reminder
After all three posts confirm, Claude tells you to move the folder. One step. Ten seconds.
Blog posts too

Claude fetches your live post title, updates your Canva templates for both platforms, exports the right dimensions, and posts with the clickable link attached. Works with WordPress, Squarespace, Showit, and Wix.

Visual impact scoring

The system picks the lead image. You approve before anything posts.

Claude scores every image using four factors built specifically for headshot photography — not generic image ranking.

30%
Skin warmth
Warm golden skin tones score highest. The strongest single predictor of a scroll-stopping headshot lead image.
25%
Background simplicity
Plain or blurred backgrounds score higher. Images where the subject stands out from the background rank above busy ones.
25%
Color saturation
Color images score higher than black and white as carousel leads. Confirmed in production as a consistent scroll-stopping advantage.
20%
Exposure quality
Well-exposed images score highest. Underexposed or overexposed images rank lower regardless of other factors.

You see the proposed order for every client in the queue before anything posts. Type GO to confirm or adjust any client. Set permanent preferences once — "always lead with the color image" — and Claude applies them on every future session.

Who this is built for

If you photograph headshots and want to post them consistently, this is for you.

Setup requires a desktop or laptop browser at claude.ai - the mobile app does not support the connectors this system uses. Once configured, you can trigger posts from any device. The system works the same whether you shoot ten clients a month or a hundred, whether you have a blog or not, whether you have been in business a year or fifteen.

Solo studio
Running everything yourself
No marketing assistant. No social media manager. This handles the posting so you can stay focused on shooting and running the business.
Growing studio
Volume is up, posting is behind
You have more clients than ever but your feed doesn't show it. The system processes your entire queue in one session and keeps the grid current.
New to automation
Never set up anything like this
The Setup Guide guide walks through every step. Claude runs the onboarding interview and configures itself. No technical background required.
Active blogger
Writing posts that go unshared
Every post you publish gets promoted to Instagram and Facebook automatically - correct dimensions, clickable link, caption pulled from the live post.
No blog yet
Not ready for blog promotion
The client posting workflow runs completely independently. Skip blog setup and add it later when you are ready. Nothing is blocked.
Tech-comfortable
Want to understand the full system
The Technical Reference documents every API call, scoring algorithm, and data flow. Full visibility into exactly how the automation works.

The only requirement is that you have clients to post. Everything else - platform setup, image ordering, caption writing, posting cadence - the system handles.

Built in a live studio

This is the system running in my studio right now.

I have been photographing headshots professionally for 11 years and I have photographed 1000's of sessions a year across two markets. The social media problem is not unique to me — it is the same for almost every headshot photographer running a solo operation.

I built this automation because I was doing exactly what you are doing: posting in bursts, going quiet for weeks, writing captions that started to sound the same. I wanted something that handled the posting so I could focus on the work.

This system was built and launched in a live production studio. It runs on Claude with real Blotato and Google Drive integration. Not theoretical. Running.

Why Corporate Headshot Mastery exists

I rebuilt from zero clients in a brand new market and hit six figures in year one. The systems I built to do that are what CHM sells. This playbook is one of them.

Questions

Common questions.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. The Setup Guide guide is written for photographers with no technical background. Every setup step is documented with exact instructions. If you can follow a recipe, you can set this up.
What is the Claude skill file?
A configuration file you upload to your Claude project once. After that, Claude reads it at the start of every session and knows exactly how your studio is set up, what your posting rules are, and how to run the full workflow. Without it, you would need to explain everything to Claude every time. After re-uploading a configured skill file, always start a fresh conversation in the project for the changes to take effect.
What does Blotato cost?
Blotato is a third-party tool with its own monthly pricing. Check blotato.com for current plans before purchasing this product. It is not included in the $197 purchase price.
What blog platforms does this work with?
WordPress, Squarespace, Showit, and Wix are all supported. If you have no blog yet, the client post workflow runs completely independently — skip blog setup and add it later.
Does it post automatically without me?
By default, Claude shows you the proposed image order for all clients at once and waits before anything posts. You can switch to fully automatic mode with a single command any time.
What if I only shoot color — no black and white?
The visual impact scoring works on any image set. It scores skin warmth, background, saturation, and exposure — not color vs black and white specifically. All-color sets still get ranked correctly.
Can I set permanent rules for image ordering?
Yes. Tell Claude your preference once — "always lead with the color image" — and it applies that rule every session. Rules are stored in your skill file and only change when you ask. No automatic learning that quietly alters your posting behavior.
What happens if a post fails?
Claude stops and flags it. It does not retry automatically or skip to the next client. The troubleshooting section in the Setup Guide guide covers every common failure with exact resolution steps.

The work is done. The images are sitting there. Start posting them.

One purchase. One setup. Drop images in a folder, tell Claude to post, walk away. Three posts per client without writing a caption or choosing an order manually.
